After 20-plus years of buying and managing rental properties, Rudy Chavez decided to start Aus10 Realty in 2010. The business has since grown organically and is now a father and son operation. We help investors buy, sell, and lease residential properties in Austin and the surrounding areas.  We are a full service "soup to nuts" business. Just give us the keys and let us go to work.
